Our New Construction Phase Inspection Package provides peace of mind throughout the building process by evaluating your home at critical stages of construction. This package includes three inspections: Pre-Insulation Inspection – We examine framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components before insulation is installed, ensuring proper workmanship and identifying issues while they are still accessible. Pre-Drywall Inspection – Once insulation is in place but before drywall is installed, we verify that corrections were made, inspect installed systems, and confirm that no defects are concealed. Final Inspection with Thermal Imaging – At project completion, we perform a comprehensive inspection of all visible systems and components. Using thermal imaging technology at no extra charge, we check for hidden moisture, insulation gaps, and electrical hot spots to provide a more complete assessment. This phased approach allows potential issues to be identified and addressed early, protecting your investment and ensuring quality throughout the construction process.
