Areas inspected typically include the interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and accessible portions of balconies or windows, with an understanding that many exterior and structural elements are maintained by the homeowners’ association (HOA). Every inspection also includes thermal imaging at no additional cost, which helps detect hidden problems such as water intrusion, insulation deficiencies, and overheating electrical components.
