This inspection focuses on the individual unit’s accessible systems and components to evaluate its overall condition at the time of inspection. Areas inspected typically include the interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and accessible portions of balconies or windows, with an understanding that many exterior and structural elements are maintained by the homeowners’ association (HOA). Every inspection also includes thermal imaging at no additional cost, which helps detect hidden problems such as water intrusion, insulation deficiencies, and overheating electrical components. The inspection is non-invasive and not intended to identify issues outside the unit or guarantee future performance, but it gives buyers and owners an impartial overview of the unit’s condition for better decision-making.
